(Note: I can't find the text when you first meet the Boss Moogle but, basically he has a lot of lazy apprentices that are all on break even though the gate is broken. he needs you to find all of them so that they can repair the gate.)

おやかたモーグリ→「弟子たちが戻ってきたおかげであっという間に修理完了クポ！

モグたちが本気を出せば朝飯前クポ～！」

Boss Moogle: Thanks to you getting all of my apprentices to come back, we finished repairing the gate in no time! If we moogles get serious, this kind of thing is a piece of cake!
